Problem
The company needed a private operational system that could organize service capture, assignments, status changes, billing, evidence, and GPS visibility without relying on scattered manual steps.
What I built
Build the system in Google Workspace first, using Apps Script and APIs for the core workflows, then evolve the approach toward Railway-style app infrastructure as the requirements grew.

The platform included Google Docs logbooks, Google Drive evidence organization, Google Calendar integration, third-party GPS API integration, automatic GPS location logs for front-facing clients, expense and profit tracking, and billing workflows tied to Facturación CFDI S.A.T.
